My dearest friend, and deepest love, Jean-Marc Vallée died on December 25th, 2021. He would have turned 59 on March 9th, 2022. To help me process his departure, and to pay tribute to a great man, a beautiful soul, and someone who changed my heart and mind, I wrote this piece.
